A: We're throwing a backyard party for friends and family to celebrate our marriage of three decades years, on June 18th. We will be getting a block party permit, food trucks, a bouncy castle, lawn games and some surprises.

Q: Never heard of North Babylon. How in the world do I get to this place?
A: We are a five minute drive (1.8 miles) from the Babylon LIRR train station.

Q: What if I don't want to take the train back at night, where can I sleep?
A: Best logistical question yet!
This being the 'burbs, lodging options are limited - so we have set aside a small block of rooms at the Jones Beach Hotel - a modest but pleasantly dated and clean hotel near the beach. This establishment is an 18 min drive from the Weisberg-Powers compound. Call and use our names to reserve a room.

We will be installing yurts in our backyard with sleeping space for anyone who wants to crash here on Saturday (BYO sleeping bag).

Q: If I stick around, are you doing anything on Sunday?

Q: This all seems quite agreeable. What to do with children during the party on Saturday?
A: Wow! Another good question!

Q: Covid Precautions?
A: Strong Island! The party will be outdoors and we will update you closer to the event exactly what our indoor policy will be. In any case, please test before coming and be mindful of others.

Q: What if I want to gift you something?
A: Your presence is a gift enough. If you must, we would accept contributions towards our plan to build a little outdoor sauna. More details.
